Planners search Plann Well not just for talented vendors — but available ones. If your calendar isn’t updated, you might be missing opportunities simply because planners can’t see that you’re free. That’s why the Booking Calendar in your dashboard is such a powerful tool. With just a few clicks, you can show your availability clearly and save time on back-and-forth emails.
How It Works
Your calendar lives in your dashboard and is easy to use. By default, all dates are marked Available. To mark a date as Booked, simply click the date. Need to make a change? Click it again to toggle it back to Available.
Want to Upload Your Calendar Instead?
Already track bookings in Google, Apple, or Outlook? You can upload your availability into Plann Well instead of updating it manually. Just export your calendar, convert it to a CSV file, and upload it in the Calendar tab of your dashboard.
You’ll find step-by-step instructions right inside the dashboard to walk you through the process. This is a great option if you want to save time or import an existing calendar you already rely on.
Why It Matters
An updated calendar makes it easy for planners to see when you’re available. That means fewer back-and-forth emails and faster decisions. It also shows you’re organized and ready to book, which builds trust from the start.
When planners can see your current availability, they’re more likely to reach out with serious inquiries. That means fewer “Are you available?” emails — and more time for the work that matters.
Make It a Weekly Habit
We know schedules change. Set a quick reminder each week to log in and update your calendar. Mark off booked dates, vacations, or anything else that affects your availability.
This simple routine keeps your listing active and accurate — and shows planners you’re organized and engaged.
Let Your Availability Work for You
Your dashboard is designed to save you time and help you get found. Keeping your calendar current is one of the easiest ways to turn visibility into bookings.
